The role

The Creative Insights Lead serves as the customer intelligence authority bridging the gap between creative strategy and performance data. This role focuses on coaching senior strategists and leveraging a massive data warehouse to turn campaign signals into a sustainable competitive advantage.

What you'll do

• Coach and manage four Senior Creative Strategists to enhance their strategic capabilities on major accounts
• Serve as the primary departmental authority on data growth strategy and performance marketing
• Conduct regular audits to identify performance constraints and reset creative strategies for priority clients
• Design and lead training sessions focused on growth strategy media buying and commercial systems
• Analyze the internal data warehouse to produce macro reports on creative trends and tactical plays
• Develop cross-functional systems to ensure seamless integration between growth and creative departments

What you'll bring

• Five or more years of experience in performance creative growth strategy or media buying roles
• Deep fluency in performance marketing metrics testing structures and scaling logic
• Proven track record of coaching or managing team members to improve their strategic thinking
• Strong understanding of DTC and e-commerce business models at a significant scale
• Proficiency with AI tools and the ability to lead teams through tech-augmented workflows
