The role

This Senior Creative Strategist role involves leading creative strategy for a portfolio of high-growth brands to drive measurable performance improvements. You will act as a senior strategic lead, turning data and consumer insights into scalable creative systems that fuel brand growth.

What you'll do

• Own creative strategy across key client accounts as a senior advisor
• Define and lead creative testing frameworks and experimentation roadmaps
• Translate performance data and customer insights into actionable creative strategies
• Oversee the ideation and briefing of UGC and creator content
• Mentor and develop junior Creative Strategists through coaching and feedback
• Partner with account leads to improve client retention and growth

What you'll bring

• At least 5 years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing
• Proven track record leading creative strategy for high-growth brands
• Strong experience developing creative for Meta and TikTok platforms
• Exceptional analytical skills to connect creative decisions to performance outcomes
• Experience mentoring or managing strategists and creative team members
