Role Overview

As the sole permanent Senior Brand Designer, you will elevate the visual identity of the Carwow Group portfolio across all marketing and editorial channels. You will balance conceptual thinking with hands-on craft to ensure brand consistency and creative ambition in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality design across brand, social, print, and editorial channels
• Partner with creative leads to develop insight-led campaign directions
• Create scalable visual systems and templates to support group efficiency
• Concept and produce social-first paid video content for YouTube and Meta
• Collaborate with product designers to translate brand creative into digital journeys
• Onboard and coach freelancers while maintaining internal design systems and guidelines
