Employers receive candidate information when:
- A candidate applies for their job posting
- A candidate expresses interest in their company
- As part of our matching services
Employers must:
- Use candidate information only for recruitment purposes
- Comply with data protection laws
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service

- The conduct of users on or off the Platform
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
11.1 No Liability for Damages
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Loss of data or business opportunities
- Costs of substitute services
- Personal injury or property damage
11.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
- €100
11.3 Exceptions
These limitations do not apply to:
- Our gross negligence or willful misconduct
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Liability that cannot be excluded by law

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
