The role

The Strategic Lead serves as the essential bridge between Growth Strategy and Creative Strategy functions at the UK largest performance creative department. You will coach senior strategists to connect creative work with advanced performance and commercial systems while moving the department toward a more strategic focus.

What you'll do

• Coach four Senior Creative Strategists on the strategic work of their largest accounts
• Lead all departmental training focused on growth strategy and performance marketing
• Conduct cross-department audits to identify performance constraints and reset account strategies
• Produce macro creative reports surfacing trends from a nine-figure data warehouse
• Design systems and rituals that integrate the Growth Strategy and Creative Strategy functions
• Translate data warehouse insights into team-wide upskilling and tactical plays

What you'll bring

• Five or more years of experience in performance creative or growth strategy
• Deep fluency in Meta ad account auditing and performance testing structures
• Proven track record of coaching or managing strategists to improve their thinking
• Strong literacy in direct-to-consumer and e-commerce business models at scale
• Proficiency with AI tools and tech-enabled creative workflows

Your impact

Within the first six months, you will measurably improve the creative hit-rate and increase the time spent on strategy versus execution by thirty percent. You will establish yourself as the indispensable bridge between creative and growth functions, ensuring full adoption of internal frameworks and operational systems across the department.
