The role

This senior leadership role involves building and leading a new business unit focused on performance creative and social commerce from the ground up. You will oversee creative strategists and output across multiple formats while bridging the gap between TikTok Shop and the wider creative strategy function.

What you'll do

• Lead the growth and KPI ownership of the second business unit to scale creative capacity
• Manage and develop a high-performance team of creative strategists through coaching and reviews
• Define the department strategy and service roadmap to evolve the creative product offering
• Act as a senior strategic partner for major client accounts to ensure performance and retention
• Integrate TikTok Shop mechanics and creator-led thinking into the broader creative strategy function
• Collaborate with operational leaders to manage team capacity and production pipelines effectively

What you'll bring

• Proven experience leading a creative strategy or performance creative function in an agency
• Track record of managing and scaling teams of ten or more people
• Deep expertise in creative conversion strategies for Meta and TikTok platforms
• Strong commercial fluency with performance data including ROAS and creative testing results
• Experience across multiple creative formats including UGC and high-production video
