The role

This senior leadership position involves building and heading a new creative business unit within a rapidly growing performance agency group. You will oversee creative strategists and drive the integration of social commerce and performance creative across major platforms like Meta and TikTok.

What you'll do

• Lead the creative output and performance outcomes for Business Unit 2
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of creative strategists
• Define the department strategy and service roadmap for the business unit
• Drive commercial growth and product innovation alongside the Chief Creative Officer
• Oversee strategic direction for high-value client accounts to ensure retention
• Bridge insights between TikTok Shop mechanics and broader performance creative strategies

What you'll bring

• Proven experience leading creative strategy or performance creative teams
• Strong track record of managing and scaling teams of ten or more people
• Deep expertise in creative conversion strategies for Meta and TikTok
• Proficiency in interpreting performance data like ROAS and CPA
• Extensive knowledge of the D2C eCommerce landscape and consumer psychology
