Staff Content Designer at Legora

The role

Legora is seeking its first Content Designer to own the verbal layer of an AI-native legal workspace. You will build the content design practice and set standards for how AI agents and designers communicate with legal professionals.

What you'll do

• Define the product voice and the underlying principles for the entire platform
• Design end-to-end conversational and agentic experiences including instructions and handoffs
• Own naming and terminology to ensure consistent vocabulary across all product surfaces
• Build content standards into the design system and automated pull request checks
• Train AI agents to produce on-voice copy through instructions and evaluation frameworks
• Partner with brand and marketing teams to align product and company voice

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience in content design or UX writing for complex software
• Proven background in designing conversational or AI-driven user experiences
• Strong systems thinking skills to build frameworks for consistent language at scale
• Proficiency with modern product development workflows and AI productivity tools
• Experience working in code and managing documentation-as-code workflows
