Senior UX Designer at Billogram

The role

Billogram is seeking a Senior UX Designer in Stockholm to lead the recipient experience on their payment platform. You will own the end-to-end UX process and ensure user insights directly shape the product to make the invoice journey clear and accessible.

What you'll do

• Own the design process from research and user testing to UI and copy
• Simplify the invoice and payment journey for clients and customers across markets
• Conduct user research and use data to identify new product opportunities
• Define and measure metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of UX improvements
• Evolve the design system and principles to ensure a consistent user experience
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow for research and prototyping

What you'll bring

• Minimum of four years of hands-on experience in end-to-end UX design
• Proven ability to work as a generalist with strategic ownership in startups
• Proficiency with AI tools like Claude or Lovable alongside Figma
• Experience using data and metrics to guide and validate design choices
• Fluency in written and spoken English with a right to work in Sweden
