Senior EC&I Designer at ASSYSTEM

The role

The EC&I Designer is responsible for producing comprehensive engineering design work packages including specifications, drawings, and assessments. Based in Warrington, the role ensures all designs satisfy legal and functional requirements while meeting time, cost, and quality targets.

What you'll do

• Produce engineering design work packages including specifications and drawings
• Deliver building electrical services such as lighting and small power
• Design CE&I instrumentation and security systems for project delivery
• Manage space allocation and cable routing for electrical systems
• Apply CDM and IET wiring regulations to all engineering designs
• Collaborate within an integrated delivery team to meet project constraints

What you'll bring

• Significant experience using AutoCAD for engineering design work
• Proven track record in CE&I project delivery and electrical services
• Minimum ONC qualification in an appropriate engineering discipline
• Experience with Radiometric Systems and BS 61508 standards
• Ability to obtain or hold UK security clearance at SC level
