MID-WEIGHT DESIGNER — LONDON at Chapter2

The role

This is a hands-on Mid-weight Designer role at a global creative agency in London focusing on high-end beauty and fashion brands. You will own projects from brief to completion across print and digital platforms while supporting junior team members. The position involves adapting global assets for various markets and scaling with a growing business.

What you'll do

• Design brand and campaign work across print retail and digital platforms
• Adapt and localize global assets across multiple markets and languages
• Finish artwork to production standards including pre-press and retail specifications
• Build structured templates and masters for scalable creative automation
• Take briefs directly from clients and present creative solutions effectively
• Mentor junior designers by reviewing work and sharing production knowledge

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in an agency or studio with a diverse portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong technical knowledge of print production and digital output formats
• Ability to work within established brand systems for large global brands
• Degree in design or equivalent professional experience in the field
