Senior Product Designer, Knowledge Graph | Sweden | Remote at Grafana Labs

The role

As a Senior Product Designer for Grafana Cloud’s Knowledge Graph, you will design experiences for the context layer that powers entity graphs and RCA workbenches. You will work within a remote R&D organization to help users visualize complex system dependencies and resolve incidents faster. This role involves developing deep expertise in technical personas and workflows to create tailored, role-driven experiences.

What you'll do

• Enable customers to easily explore and understand how their systems connect to each other
• Translate research and data into experiences that are easy to digest and break down complexity
• Tailor product experiences to different target audiences and multiple user perspectives
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and technical writing teams
• Document user needs, design directions, and detailed designs for specific features
• Execute qualitative and quantitative research initiatives with customers and the user community

What you'll bring

• Seven or more years of relevant design experience working on B2B or enterprise software products
• A portfolio demonstrating effective designs for complex products delivered in fast-paced environments
• Experience running qualitative research in complex fields to build empathy with technical users
• Ability to balance business goals, product priorities, and technical considerations in design decisions
• Experience working in a fully remote environment with a focus on transparency and autonomy

By simplifying complex telemetry data into intuitive visualizations, you will reduce the need for manual queries and alert maintenance.
