The role

As a Senior Product Designer for Grafana Clouds Knowledge Graph, you will design experiences for the context layer that powers entity graphs and root cause analysis workbenches. This remote UK-based role focuses on making complex system dependencies intuitive for engineers and SREs.

What you'll do

• Design clear interfaces for complex and constantly changing system dependency information
• Translate user research and data into easily digestible product experiences
• Tailor the Knowledge Graph experience for various technical target audiences and personas
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in engineering and product management
• Document user needs and detailed UX trade-offs for new features
• Execute qualitative and quantitative research initiatives with the user community

What you'll bring

• Seven or more years of design experience in B2B or enterprise software
• Portfolio of effective designs for complex products in fast-paced environments
• Experience conducting qualitative research within highly technical domains
• Ability to balance business goals with technical considerations and customer feedback
• Strong proficiency in remote collaboration across multiple time zones
