Senior Product Designer, Knowledge Graph | NASA/EMEA | Remote at Grafana Labs

The role

As a Senior Product Designer for Knowledge Graph at Grafana Labs, you will design the context layer of Grafana Cloud to help users visualize complex system dependencies. You will work within a fully remote R&D organization to create intuitive experiences for technical users like SREs and engineers. This role involves developing deep expertise in observability workflows to simplify root cause analysis and system discovery.

What you'll do

• Design intuitive interfaces for exploring complex system dependencies and entity graphs
• Translate technical research and data into easily digestible user experiences
• Tailor product experiences to diverse technical personas and specific user workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to ship iterative product enhancements
• Document user pain points and design trade-offs for specific feature developments
• Conduct qualitative research with the Grafana user community to inform design directions

What you'll bring

• Seven or more years of experience designing B2B or enterprise software products
• Proven track record of delivering effective designs for highly technical user bases
• Strong background in running qualitative research within complex domains
• Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints and user needs
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote and fast-paced environment

You will empower engineers and SREs to resolve incidents faster by transforming complex telemetry data into a clear, navigable knowledge graph.
