Senior Product Designer, Knowledge Graph | NASA/EMEA | Remote at Grafana Labs

The role

As a Senior Product Designer for Grafana Cloud’s Knowledge Graph, you will design experiences for the platform's context layer to help users visualize system dependencies. You will work within a fully remote R&D organization to simplify complex telemetry data into actionable insights for engineers and SREs.

What you'll do

• Design intuitive interfaces for exploring complex and constantly changing system connections
• Translate technical research and data into digestible user experiences that reduce complexity
• Tailor product experiences to meet the needs of diverse target audiences and user personas
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams across multiple time zones
• Document user pain points and design directions for new features and enhancements
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research initiatives with the Grafana user community

What you'll bring

• Seven or more years of design experience working on B2B or enterprise software
• Portfolio demonstrating effective designs for complex products in fast-paced environments
• Experience conducting qualitative research in technical fields to build user empathy
• Ability to balance business goals with technical considerations and customer feedback
• Strong communication skills for working in a fully remote and transparent environment
