Product Designer at Assort Health

The role

As the second Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end experience for AI-native healthcare products across multiple touchpoints. You will design for diverse users including clinic staff and patients while scaling the company's design system.

What you'll do

• Own product design end-to-end in a zero-to-one environment.
• Influence the product roadmap and define core user experiences.
• Design AI-native interfaces for internal operators and patients.
• Maintain and scale the design system to ensure consistency.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to ship work.
• Set and maintain high standards for UI and UX quality.

What you'll bring

• Three or more years of experience in B2B SaaS design.
• Portfolio showing comprehensive flows and sharp interaction design.
• Deep fluency in Figma using auto-layout and components.
• Experience designing for multiple user personas in complex contexts.
• Proficiency in using AI tools within the design workflow.
