The role

As a Senior Product Designer for Grafana Clouds Knowledge Graph, you will design the context layer that powers entity graphs and root cause analysis tools. This remote UK-based role focuses on creating intuitive experiences for complex system dependencies to help engineers resolve incidents faster.

What you'll do

• Design intuitive interfaces for exploring complex system connections and dependencies
• Translate technical research and data into easy to digest user experiences
• Create tailored experiences for diverse target audiences and user personas
• Collaborate cross functionally with engineering product management and technical writing teams
• Document user needs design directions and detailed feature enhancements
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with the Grafana user community

What you'll bring

• Seven or more years of design experience with B2B or enterprise software
• Proven portfolio of effective designs for complex products in fast paced environments
• Experience conducting qualitative research within highly technical domains
• Ability to balance business goals with technical considerations and customer feedback
• Strong remote collaboration skills across multiple time zones and functions
