The role

The Senior Mixed Methods UX Researcher leads end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research to advocate for members and drive product decisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to set research directions, elevate methodological standards, and mentor other researchers.

What you'll do

• Design and lead mixed methods research studies using qualitative and quantitative techniques
• Manage the end-to-end research process from scoping to delivering findings
• Create rigorous surveys and apply statistical analysis to size user behaviors
• Partner with data science teams to combine behavioral data with user stories
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and strategic narratives for stakeholders
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the improvement of research standards

What you'll bring

• Five or more years of experience in UX research or human factors engineering
• Degree in psychology, statistics, data science, or a related field
• Deep expertise in executing both evaluative and generative research studies
• Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SPSS, or similar analytical tools
• Experience working with product analytics and experimentation data like Amplitude
