The role

As a Senior Product Designer for Knowledge Graph, you will design the context layer of Grafana Cloud to help users visualize system dependencies and resolve incidents faster. You will work within a fully remote R&D organization, collaborating cross-functionally to simplify complex telemetry data into intuitive experiences.

What you'll do

• Design intuitive interfaces for exploring complex system connections and dependencies
• Translate technical research and data into easy-to-digest user experiences
• Tailor product workflows to meet the needs of diverse technical personas
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to balance technical and business goals
• Document user pain points, design trade-offs, and detailed feature enhancements
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform design directions

What you'll bring

• Over seven years of experience designing B2B or enterprise software products
• Proven track record of delivering effective designs for complex technical tools
• Strong skills in conducting qualitative research within highly technical domains
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote and fast-paced environment
• Experience balancing business priorities with customer feedback and technical constraints
