Lead Product Designer — Innovation & IA H/F at NEXTON

The role

NEXTON is seeking a Lead Product Designer for their Innovation and AI hub in Saint-Augustin. You will serve as a senior reference and operational right hand to the Head of Design, focusing on high-stakes innovation projects for major multi-sector clients.

What you'll do

• Define product vision focused on ROI and success indicators during the scoping phase
• Execute end-to-end design including research, UI/UX, advanced prototyping, and technical handoff
• Lead Design and AI initiatives through prototyping innovative concepts and industrializing POCs
• Ensure design excellence and maintain methodological standards across all project deliverables
• Mentor team members through pair-design sessions and regular design reviews
• Support pre-sales activities by qualifying client needs and structuring methodological proposals

What you'll bring

• Minimum of seven years of experience in Product Design with senior or lead roles
• Expertise in the full design lifecycle including research, workshops, and design systems
• Strong proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping or AI-driven design tools
• Proven experience applying generative artificial intelligence to product innovation and design
• Excellent leadership skills combined with a strong business and ROI-oriented mindset
