The role

As a Senior Manager of Product Design, you will lead a team of senior and principal designers within the Vertical Solutions portfolio at UiPath. You will define the design strategy for complex industries like healthcare and finance while pioneering AI-native workflows that bridge the gap between design and production code.

What you'll do

• Define a cohesive experience vision across multiple products and industries.
• Manage and develop a team of senior and principal level designers.
• Identify and implement shared interaction patterns across various business workflows.
• Lead the adoption of AI tools like Claude and Codex for design delivery.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to influence roadmap priorities.
• Maintain a hands-on approach by building and shipping production-ready code.

What you'll bring

• Two or more years of experience managing teams of five or more designers.
• Proven track record in shaping modern enterprise SaaS or consumer applications.
• Experience establishing design strategy across multiple business domains or products.
• Proficiency in using AI-forward tools to prototype and ship production code.
• Strong background in developing and scaling complex design systems.
