Product Designer at Hike Medical

The role

As a Product Designer at Hike Medical, you will shape the end-to-end experience for clinicians and patients across AI platforms and manufacturing systems. You will build the company's design foundation from the ground up while working at the intersection of AI, robotics, and healthcare.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery with clinicians to understand real workflows.
• Design end-to-end experiences across mobile and web platforms.
• Create AI-powered workflows that users can trust and review.
• Build and evolve the company design system and quality bar.
• Partner with engineering to ship and iterate on products.
• Manage the design process from initial concept to shipping.

What you'll bring

• Five or more years of professional product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating design process and shipped work.
• Experience designing complex B2B or data-heavy products.
• Strong interaction design and visual craft skills.
• Ability to work in person in San Francisco.
