The role

The Director of Global Partner Program Design and Scale leads the creation and expansion of Zscaler's priority partner initiatives and go-to-market strategies. Reporting to the Global Head of Partner Programs, this leader transforms strategic priorities into repeatable global programs to drive activation and adoption.

What you'll do

• Design and develop partner programs and repeatable sales plays
• Create reusable frameworks for partner participation and commercial models
• Align cross-functional teams for end-to-end launch readiness
• Manage and develop regional partner program teams globally
• Measure program adoption and business contribution across regions
• Transition proven programs to steady-state owners with clear governance

What you'll bring

• Twelve or more years of experience in partner programs or GTM strategy
• History of scaling complex partner programs across multiple global regions
• Deep knowledge of various partner routes to market and economics
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional program portfolios
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into practical program designs
