AI Design Lead at Finout

The role

Finout is seeking an AI Design Lead to revolutionize the Creative and Marketing Design team's workflows through artificial intelligence. Reporting to the Head of Design, this senior individual contributor will set the creative bar and manage weekly priorities to increase production efficiency.

What you'll do

• Rebuild design workflows with AI to reduce production time while maintaining quality
• Own the generative AI strategy and standardize automated workflows using tools like Figma Weave
• Set creative direction and review team work alongside the Head of Design
• Manage the marketing design board by prioritizing tasks and clearing bottlenecks
• Build scalable systems including templates brand pipelines and self-serve asset libraries
• Act as the primary design partner for marketing to align brand and product launches

• Over five years of design experience across brand marketing and digital domains
• Deep expertise in AI design workflows generative pipelines prompting and automation
• Proven track record of leading design work and influencing through craft
• Experience building templates and component libraries used by other team members
• Strong Figma skills with proficiency in motion prototyping and digital production
