The role

Reflection is seeking a founding Brand Designer to define and own the company's visual identity as the first design hire on the marketing team. This hands-on leader will translate complex technical AI concepts into distinctive visual communication across various formats and channels.

What you'll do

• Develop creative concepts and visual systems to bring the brand to life across all channels.
• Translate complex technical ideas into clear visual stories through diagrams and research concepts.
• Create high-quality digital assets for the website, social media, and marketing presentations.
• Build and evolve scalable brand systems and design standards to ensure consistency.
• Partner with web engineers and external collaborators to deliver polished digital experiences.
• Shape the creative direction for events, physical experiences, and brand merchandise.

What you'll bring

• At least five years of experience in brand or visual design at a tech company or agency.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual skills and the ability to build brand systems.
• Proficiency in creating designs across digital, social, campaign, and event formats.
• Proven ability to make technical or complex ideas clear through data visualization.
• Experience leading design teams and directing external creative partners.
