The role

Wincent is seeking a senior designer to own the company's visual brand across all digital and physical touchpoints. This role involves managing the entire creative process from initial concept to final execution using modern AI-native workflows.

What you'll do

• Evolve the visual brand across web and physical formats
• Design and deploy web pages using AI-native workflows
• Monitor and improve website performance and user experience
• Execute design requests for social media and presentations
• Manage merchandise and print design through final production
• Proactively apply emerging design and AI industry trends

What you'll bring

• At least six years of professional design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual judgment and typography
• One year of hands-on experience with AI design tools
• Proficiency in building and deploying web pages
• Experience coordinating with suppliers for print and merchandise
