Design Program Manager, Logistics at DoorDash

The role

As a Design Program Manager for the Logistics pillar, you will be responsible for maximizing the bandwidth of the DoorDash Design Studio. You will identify operational drag and build the systems, tools, and workflows necessary to eliminate manual processes and fragmented rhythms.

What you'll do

• Identify sources of operational drag to create a prioritized roadmap of process fixes
• Build internal tools and automations to reduce manual coordination for scheduling and budgets
• Redesign studio operating rhythms including reviews and planning cadences to increase speed
• Measure system effectiveness by tracking usable time and meeting load reduction
• Transform recurring manual requests into scalable automated solutions
• Partner with other program managers to develop the Logistics pod strategy

What you'll bring

• Five or more years of experience in operations or program management
• Proven track record of building tools and workflows rather than just performing manual tasks
• Strong product management instincts to diagnose root causes and iterate on solutions
• Proficiency with AI and no-code tools for prototyping and shipping internal tools
• Ability to independently own outcomes and handle sensitive operational information
