Product Design, Entry-Level (2027 start) at DoorDash

The role

As a New Grad Product Designer, you will join a core team at DoorDash to define the future of AI-native design practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to prototype and ship impactful experiences for millions of consumers, merchants, and Dashers.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end design process for polished features reaching millions of users
• Use AI tools to explore divergent directions and build high-fidelity prototypes
• Pressure-test ideas through user research and data collaboration before shipping
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure high-quality implementation
• Help shape how design is practiced across the team as an early new grad
• Iterate quickly on concepts based on feedback from mentors and peers

What you'll bring

• Bachelor or Master degree in design or technology-related field by Summer 2027
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and user-centered problem-solving fundamentals
• One case study showing AI application in the design process or product
• Proficiency in Figma and AI-driven development tools like Cursor or Claude
• Ability to communicate ideas through rapid prototyping and working experiences
