Learning Experience Designer at GONG

The role

As a Learning Experience Designer at Gong, you will design tailored learning experiences and build AI-driven systems to help enterprise customers adopt the platform. You will serve as a shared resource across Professional Services, bridging the gap between scaled education and premium, custom learning needs.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary learning design resource for Professional Services and partner delivery teams
• Design and manage AI-orchestrated workflows for content creation from intake to publication
• Build AI agents and automations to maintain content accuracy as the product evolves
• Create tailored training assets including enablement kits and workshop materials for large customers
• Develop an instructional design rubric to ensure quality and accessibility across customer-facing assets
• Partner with product teams to define and design premium offerings like certifications and paid content

What you'll bring

• At least 4 years of experience in instructional design or customer education within B2B SaaS
• Strong portfolio demonstrating adult learning design and measurable results
• Proficiency in instructional design frameworks like ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning theory
• Hands-on experience building LLM workflows or AI agents for content development
• Proven project management skills with the ability to scope and prioritize complex requests
