Web Designer at Base Power Company

The role

Base is seeking a Web Designer to own and evolve their primary digital platform for homeowner acquisition. You will design and build high-quality web experiences that communicate the company's mission and drive growth.

What you'll do

• Own the design and evolution of the company website and landing pages
• Build web experiences balancing visual craft with clear storytelling and conversion
• Use AI-assisted development tools to independently implement designs and ship improvements
• Maintain and evolve the web design system with reusable components
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to iterate based on performance
• Ensure high-quality experiences across devices including accessibility and SEO

What you'll bring

• Over five years of experience in web or digital design
• Strong fundamentals in typography layout interaction and responsive design
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools to turn designs into live experiences
• High degree of ownership and resourcefulness to lead projects independently
