Creative Talent Partner at inBeat Agency

The role

inBeat is seeking a Talent Partner to manage complex hiring loops for creative, marketing, and project management roles. This individual will own the full recruitment lifecycle and informally manage talent operations across the recruitment stack.

What you'll do

• Manage four to seven open roles simultaneously from start to finish
• Lead intake conversations with hiring managers to define candidate requirements
• Execute the full hiring journey including sourcing screening and scheduling
• Maintain accurate pipeline metrics and data within the Ashby recruitment platform
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop scorecards and lead candidate debriefs
• Conduct offer conversations independently for individual contributor positions

What you'll bring

• At least two years of recruiting experience in agency or remote-first environments
• Proven track record of hiring individual contributors and first-time managers
• Ability to provide direct feedback and influence senior hiring managers
• Strong perspective on talent quality with the ability to defend hiring decisions
• Experience managing recruitment workflows and talent operations tools

Your impact

Within the first 90 days, the Talent Partner will achieve a time-to-fill rate at or below the team baseline while maintaining an offer acceptance rate above 80 percent. They will ensure high hiring manager satisfaction and maintain perfect calibration on compensation and leveling for all closed offers.
