Higgsfield AI is seeking an Operations Manager to support the team’s day-to-day processes in a fast-scaling generative AI environment. This hands-on role focuses on organizing, negotiating, and unblocking tasks to ensure efficient delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations including requests and scheduling
• Handle logistics and access to necessary tools for the team
• Identify and manage vendors and contractors
• Negotiate terms with external freelancers and service providers
• Support logistics for occasional events and production shoots
• Develop simple and repeatable operational processes

What you'll bring

• Experience in operations or production management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive and high-energy approach to problem solving
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
• Ability to work on-site in the Almaty office
