The role

Landor is seeking a Creative Director for their Consumer Design team in Hamburg to translate strategic thinking into breakthrough design. You will oversee creative output for FMCG clients while empowering and mentoring a team of top creative talent.

What you'll do

• Lead key client accounts and complex projects to drive studio goals
• Mentor and develop creative talent including designers and directors
• Foster a positive local creative culture and champion training initiatives
• Manage resourcing and financial targets in collaboration with studio management
• Build strategic relationships with client marketing leaders and WPP partners
• Drive industry recognition through award submissions and external networking

What you'll bring

• Significant design leadership experience within a brand or design agency
• Proven track record working with major clients in the FMCG sector
• Strong strategic business acumen and financial management skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, and AI tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and a detailed creative portfolio
