The role

Landor is seeking a Design Director to join their Singapore studio and partner with the Creative Director in steering design strategy. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to create bold, scalable brand worlds for world-class clients across various industries.

• Set design direction across complex brand transformations from strategy through to production
• Lead high-stakes pitches and client workshops to build trusted partnerships
• Push for award-winning work with a modern digital-first mindset
• Mentor and guide designers to foster a culture of creative ambition
• Collaborate with Client Services and Strategy to deliver excellence within commercial targets
• Deliver integrated production across digital print and experiential touchpoints
