The role

The Creative Strategy Lead at Soar Group is a leadership position focused on driving performance creative excellence across the agency's 13 pods. You will coach senior strategists and oversee the strategic direction for high-scale DTC brands to ensure market-leading results.

What you'll do

• Coach senior strategists on research depth and creative authority for major accounts
• Conduct performance audits to identify and resolve creative bottlenecks
• Establish and maintain high quality standards for all departmental creative output
• Develop and lead training sessions on new frameworks and AI workflows
• Manage the craft-focused onboarding process for all new creative hires
• Analyze macro data to surface trends and insights for the wider team

What you'll bring

• Minimum of five years in performance creative strategy or DTC growth
• Expertise in Meta and TikTok ad mechanics and scaling logic
• Demonstrated experience in coaching or mentoring creative professionals
• Strong ability to audit performance data and synthesize strategic resets
• Proficiency in AI tools and their application in creative workflows

This role will elevate the agency's creative hit-rate and increase the volume of ad spend managed through high-performing creative assets. By scaling strategic expertise through coaching and training, the Lead will ensure the department remains at the forefront of performance marketing while accelerating the development of senior talent.
