The role

This Store Design Junior Project Manager will support the delivery of high-quality retail store projects across the UK & ANZ. The role focuses on managing projects from briefing to installation, ensuring consistent brand execution in line with operational, budget, and quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage and support the delivery of concession store projects, including approvals and supplier liaison.
• Maintain design standards across all architectural details in retailer environments.
• Prepare, own, and update project CPAs, presenting progress to the business.
• Manage design pack submissions for internal approval and retailer sign-off.
• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, internal teams, and retailers to ensure alignment.
• Manage all administrative project elements, including documentation, tracking, and budgets.

What you'll bring

• Demonstrable experience in Project Management within Store Design is required.
• Extensive knowledge of construction industry best practices, including accessibility and building codes, is essential.
• Possess an exceptional eye for detail and strong vision for commercial opportunities.
• Be an excellent communicator, confident in presenting and influencing stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, Vectorworks, AutoCAD, and basic Photoshop/InDesign is necessary.
