The role

This role is a key position within the Global Store Design team responsible for translating brand vision into retail theatre. You will lead global store design projects from initial concept to final execution while pushing the boundaries of innovation. The position involves collaborating with regional teams to ensure strategic and disruptive design outputs worldwide.

What you'll do

• Lead brand codes across all store design elements globally
• Develop new designs from initial sketches to project launch
• Produce technical drawings including floor plans and elevations
• Manage creative and commercial processes to meet brand objectives
• Oversee contractors and approve architectural details for manufacture
• Monitor installation standards and resolve snagging issues on site

What you'll bring

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Proficiency in Sketchup Vectorworks InDesign and Photoshop
• Proven experience in global retail design and technical sketching
• Ability to execute multiple designs under tight deadlines and budgets
• Knowledge of building codes and regional compliance regulations
