Head of Creative Strategy at Soar With Us

The role

This senior leadership position serves as the operational and people-focused backbone of a twenty-person performance creative department. You will manage creative leads and scale the operating system to drive commercial performance and team development. The role focuses on organizational excellence and leadership rather than individual creative execution.

What you'll do

• Line manage and coach four Creative Leads to develop them into autonomous leaders
• Own the department P&L with a primary focus on achieving EBITDA targets
• Manage department utilization rates and capacity planning across all roles
• Design and scale operational processes to eliminate bottlenecks in creative workflows
• Build a high-performance culture centered on ownership and radical curiosity
• Partner with the C-suite to evolve service offerings and identify revenue opportunities

What you'll bring

• Proven experience leading a department or function of at least twenty people
• Track record of coaching senior individual contributors into effective leaders
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&Ls
• Ability to design and scale complex operating systems and workflows
• High level of AI literacy and comfort using tech-enabled tools
