Head of Creative Strategy at Soar With Us

The role

This senior leadership role focuses on operational excellence and department performance for the UK's largest performance creative department. You will manage a team of over 20 people, turning a high-performing unit into a world-class operation through systems and leadership. You partner with the domain expert to scale the department and drive commercial impact for major DTC brands.

What you'll do

• Lead and line-manage a large team of Creative Leads and Strategists.
• Develop senior team members into autonomous leaders through coaching and mentorship.
• Set and enforce quality standards across all creative output formats.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in briefing and production workflows.
• Drive department accountability through clear KPIs and performance conversations.
• Support commercial growth by evolving service offerings and identifying revenue opportunities.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience leading and scaling teams of at least 20 people.
• Strong background in agency or marketing services environments.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience managing department P&Ls.
• Excellent communication skills for leading teams and delivering feedback.
• Ability to coach senior executors into effective leadership roles.
