The role

This role is for a Floating Creative Strategist who will support the creative strategy team across various fast-growing D2C brands. You will assist with ideation, scripting, briefing, and performance analysis, learning how world-class performance creative is built, tested, and scaled. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career to develop deep platform knowledge and grow quickly in a high-performance agency environment.

What you'll do

• Assist in developing performance creative strategies across Meta and TikTok.
• Help turn creative performance data into insights and testing opportunities.
• Support concepting, scripting, and briefing for UGC and paid social assets.
• Write clear creative briefs for creators and internal production teams.
• Contribute to structured creative testing roadmaps across accounts.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure creative output is aligned and delivered smoothly.

What you'll bring

• Possess 1-2+ years of experience in paid social, creative strategy, content, or performance marketing.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in Meta/TikTok ads and what drives conversions.
• Exhibit strong analytical instincts and enjoy understanding why creative works.
• Have clear written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Maintain a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn from a high-performing team.

Your impact

Within the first 3-6 months, you will confidently support strategy delivery across several client accounts. Your ideas and briefs will contribute to improved creative performance, and senior strategists and media teams will rely on your organization and input. You will build a strong understanding of creative testing principles, making your briefs and scripts faster, clearer, and more conversion-led. Ultimately, you will grow into increasing ownership over creative thinking and output.
