The role

The Graduate Creative Strategist is an entry-level role for high-potential creative thinkers in performance marketing and creative strategy. This position supports the development, execution, and optimisation of performance creative for D2C brands across Meta and TikTok. It combines creative thinking with commercial performance, utilising psychology, data, scriptwriting, and storytelling.

What you'll do

• Support the development and execution of performance creative strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Ideate performance creative across UGC, high-production video, motion graphics, and static design ads.
• Write and edit ad copy and scripts across multiple formats.
• Create clear, structured, and detailed briefs for designers, editors, and UGC creators.
• Analyse creative performance data across Meta and TikTok.
• Contribute to creative reports, iteration tickets, and optimisation recommendations.

What you'll bring

• Candidates should be at a Graduate / University Level.
• A demonstrated interest in social media marketing or D2C/E-commerce advertising is required.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting are essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
