The role

This role involves leading creative strategy for fast-growing D2C brands across Meta and TikTok platforms. You will drive the end-to-end process of ideation, scripting, and performance analysis to deliver high-performing creative assets.

What you'll do

• Develop performance creative strategies for Meta and TikTok accounts
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and testing opportunities
• Lead concepting and scripting for UGC and paid social assets
• Write high-quality creative briefs for internal teams and creators
• Manage structured creative testing roadmaps to scale successful content
• Present creative insights and strategic recommendations to clients

What you'll bring

• Two to four years of experience in paid social or creative strategy
• Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising ecosystems
• Proven ability to analyze performance data for creative decisions
• Strong written communication skills for briefing and storytelling
• Proactive mindset with an interest in buyer psychology and conversion

Your impact

Within the first six months, you will take full ownership of creative strategy for several client accounts, leading to measurable improvements in ad performance. Your ability to deliver strategic briefs and iterate based on data will strengthen client relationships and internal collaboration. You will become a key driver of growth by staying ahead of platform trends and consumer behavior.
