User Researcher at Dust

The role

Dust is seeking its first dedicated User Researcher to build the research function from the ground up and serve as the connective tissue between users and product teams. You will shape product decisions and go-to-market positioning for a fast-growing AI platform used by industry leaders like Datadog and 1Password.

What you'll do

• Define research methodologies and documentation standards for the entire company
• Design and execute end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies including interviews and surveys
• Establish consistent feedback loops between user insights and product or business decisions
• Embed into design workflows to inform roadmaps with evidence-based user voices
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify patterns across customer conversations
• Integrate AI-assisted research tools to increase velocity and create self-serve insight systems

You will establish the foundation of research at Dust, ensuring that every product and GTM decision is grounded in deep user understanding. By building scalable research infrastructure and leveraging AI, you will enable the team to move faster while maintaining a high bar for user-centricity, ultimately helping the company scale its impact across the enterprise AI landscape.
