Role Overview

This mission-driven Product Designer role focuses on evolving the UX and UI of a B2B SaaS platform for AI-powered research. You will lead the design of autonomous AI agents while maintaining a scalable design system in Figma. The position acts as a bridge between product, engineering, and customers to champion design across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality and intuitive UX/UI for the SaaS platform
• Prototype conversational and task-oriented AI agent experiences
• Maintain the Figma-based design system and component library
• Partner with engineers and ML teams to implement agent behaviors
• Gather insights directly from market researchers and healthcare professionals
• Conduct usability testing and light research to validate ideas

Requirements Snapshot

• Three to seven years of experience designing web-based SaaS products
• Advanced proficiency in Figma including component systems and tokens
• Experience shipping interfaces for AI agents or intelligent assistants
• Legal right to work in France and based in Paris
• Full professional fluency in the English language
