Sia Experience is seeking a Product Designer to join the Creative Development team focused on designing digital products for diverse sectors like banking and retail. The role involves analyzing user needs and creating intuitive UX/UI designs that align with business and data objectives.

What you'll do

Analyze user needs through tests, workshops, and analytics data.
Design UX journeys and UI layouts tailored to specific business requirements.
Create and test interactive prototypes using Figma and Maze.
Deliver final screens while adhering to technical constraints and Design Systems.
Collaborate with agile teams including Product Owners and developers.
Develop and improve data-driven dashboards and complex data visualizations.

What you'll bring

Master degree in business, digital communication, or engineering.
Four to five years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI.
Proficiency in Figma and standard UX research methodologies.
Experience with data-driven interfaces and analytics performance tools.
Professional fluency in both French and English.
