The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Consultant (or Senior Consultant) to join our Toronto office and support business and digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on service design and experience consulting. 

Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will help clients understand user and stakeholder needs, analyze data, facilitate workshops, develop strategic recommendations, and translate insights into practical, impactful solutions and plans. 

What You'll Do 

  • Contribute to business and digital transformation engagements across public and private sector clients.  

  • Lead or support discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, user research, and journey mapping.  

  • Apply service design and human-centered design methodologies to solve complex business challenges.  

  • Apply digital transformation and AI adoption methodologies to accelerate client outcomes. 

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights and develop actionable recommendations.  

  • Facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.  

  • Prepare high-quality client presentations and executive deliverables.  

  • Support Sia’s business development activities by contributing to proposals and offers for the GTA market.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For 

  • 3 to 7 years of relevant professional experience with a minimum of 2 years for a consulting, service, or creative agency. 

  • Experience delivering projects that combine business & digital transformation with service design or experience consulting.  

  • Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, and storytelling skills.  

  • Experience with AI, both using AI tools to support consulting engagements, and advising and supporting clients on the selection, use, and adoption of AI within their environments. 

  • Experience working with public sector organizations is strongly preferred.  

  • Based in the Greater Toronto Area, with the ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in downtown Toronto.  

  • Bilingual (English/French) is considered a strong asset.  

  • Eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Reliability Security Clearance.  

Nice to Have 

  • Current or previous Government of Canada Security Clearance (Reliability or Secret Level II).  

  • Experience delivering consulting engagements within the Canadian public sector.
