UX Researcher at Scaleway

The role

Scaleway is seeking a UX Researcher to join their growing Product and Design department and scale research capabilities for their sovereign cloud infrastructure. You will lead impactful user research on highly technical products while developing ResearchOps practices to embed user insights into the product strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives from discovery to usability testing for cloud infrastructure products
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate research findings into actionable recommendations
• Develop and scale ResearchOps practices including workflows and insight management processes
• Manage the Insight Hub to ensure research findings are accessible across product tribes
• Empower product teams to conduct independent research through coaching and training
• Integrate AI-powered tools and automated workflows to improve research efficiency and rigor

What you'll bring

• Over four years of experience in UX Research or UX Design with a strong research focus
• Proven experience researching complex B2B technical products like cloud infrastructure or SaaS
• Expertise in structuring ResearchOps and managing scalable insight repositories
• Ability to coach non-researchers and collaborate effectively within Agile environments
• Professional fluency in both English and French for written and spoken communication
