Role Overview

Vinted is seeking a Senior User Researcher for a two-year fixed-term contract to support the Buyer, Supply, Security, and Trust domains. You will explore user needs and behaviors across the selling and buying journeys to identify safety-related issues and drive product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end generative and evaluative research studies across multiple domains
• Support other researchers and cross-functional partners on various research projects
• Combine attitudinal and behavioral data to deliver clear product recommendations
• Consolidate existing research knowledge and identify gaps in user understanding
• Provide and solicit regular feedback to maintain high research quality standards
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to turn insights into solutions
