Role Overview

Vinted is seeking a Senior User Researcher for a two-year fixed-term contract to support the Marketplace business unit. You will explore user needs across buying and selling journeys while identifying safety and security issues to inform product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end generative and evaluative research studies across multiple domains
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support their specific research projects
• Deliver actionable insights by combining attitudinal and behavioural data sources
• Turn research findings into clear recommendations for product and business decisions
• Consolidate existing research knowledge and identify gaps in user understanding
