Creative Strategy Lead at Sailor Health

Role Overview

The Creative Strategy Lead will build and manage the creative engine powering Sailor Health's fast-growing B2C acquisition efforts. Reporting to the Head of Growth, this role oversees an eight-figure annual budget to deliver high-volume, performance-driven content for older adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the creative vision and roadmap across all marketing channels based on performance data
• Manage a high-frequency testing engine to optimize KPIs and scale successful creative assets
• Develop and lead a team of designers, editors, copywriters, and external agencies
• Build scalable creative systems and pipelines using AI tools to increase production speed
• Oversee the patient story and testimonial program to build trust with the 65+ demographic
• Ensure all creative content remains brand-consistent and compliant with HIPAA standards

Requirements Snapshot

• At least 4 years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing at a DTC company
• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics like CAC and CTR to drive creative decisions
• Experience building and managing creative pipelines and teams from the ground up
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate content production and maintain quality
• Deep empathy for older adults and the ability to create respectful marketing
